    Eligibility: We offer a 30-day return period for any undamaged, unused product from the date you receive it. The product must be in its original packaging and with its original labels.

Products not eligible for return:
Opened or used toys and leashes.

Special order items.

    To request a return, please follow these steps:
    Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email (bobby@suvoran.store) or phone (+1 6784483282). Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Obtain Return Approval: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please return this number with the package when making the return.

Returning Goods: Please return the approved goods along with your RMA to the designated address: 3585 MEADOWGLENN VILLAGE LN APT J, DORAVILLE, GA 30340. Please ensure your package includes the original invoice or order confirmation.

    Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will check and process your refund as soon as possible. Typically, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs: The refund amount will not include the original shipping costs unless the return was due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damage, etc.).
